This 'caddy' is a Christmas gift and as I am not the end user, I will simply observe that it is aesthetically quite pleasing, that its structure seems to be pretty solid and that its wheels have well (as it says in the ad) a rubber band which make it pleasant to handle. I made some attempts at this level, the recipient of this gift, taking of rubber wheels, since, according to it, the plastic wheels, which seem to be the norm in the market on this type of products, cause a lot of noise and give, to empty, a 'shopping cart' hopping because they do not dampen the gravel and other imperfections of sidewalks and, more generally, of the streets. However, the bag does not seem to me to be of a quality giving a sense of reliability... It will see use. I put 4 * because of the cover (or bag) P. S.
